accelerated wear and tear (DCT). What to do?

A pre-selective gear box means the dual clutch transmission (DCT), operating principle of which is to engage simultaneously two gears situated on separate shafts. The clutches are engaged and disengaged synchronously thus transferring the torque from one gear to another without any loss of running to provide smooth gear changing and additional fuel saving.

BIZOL Automatic Transmission Fluids

ATTENTION! Follow the instructions of car manufacturer!

DCT gear boxes are extremely vulnerable to operation under extreme conditions such as wheel spinning, mountain driving or even city traffic. To this end it is strongly recommended to shorten the intervals between changing the DCT fluid. Another important factor to provide efficient and long-term service life of this transmission type is the DCT fluid that is used. A special additive package of

BIZOL transmission liquid will provide:

  • faultless friction properties of clutches
  • high-efficient protection of gear transmissions
  • perfect operation of synchronisers
  • excellent wearing quality of the gear box
